The Problem

eQHealth Solutions has been a Web Ascender client since 2014. Prior to partnering with Web Ascender for their website and digital marketing, eQHealth relied primarily on traditional marketing for generating and nurturing leads. This included direct mailings, cold calls and traditional ad spots.

In line with some changes to their service offerings, eQHealth Solutions was in search of a marketing solution that would improve the efficiency of their sales team and help close the loop from prospect awareness through becoming a customer. They wanted to identify effective marketing channels and fill gaps where leads were slipping through the cracks.

The Solution

Web Ascender has worked with eQHealth Solutions through a complete rebuild of their DNN website, followed by the launch and optimization of several digital advertising campaigns, and most recently a branding refresh to bring their website look and feel up to date.

The website Web Ascender built was a significant improvement over their previous provider, offering eQHealth the ability to edit content, create pages, publish blog posts and more all on their own. We then worked with eQHealth on a monthly basis to continue to improve their website and conversion points for increasing traffic and leads. The way the website was originally built made it easy to update the aesthetics of the site without having to create a whole new site from scratch, ultimately saving time and money.

Results: Exceeding Expectations Year After Year

As a result of the website improvements, search engine optimization and digital ad campaigns Web Ascender has implemented, eQHealth Solutions has seen their website leads increase from 40 per month to more than 140 per month. Organic (non-paid) search traffic has also increased 75%, and improvements continue month after month and year after year.
