Michigan Creative Website and Hosting Support

Brian Town and Michigan Creative are winding down their operations. Web Ascender has stepped in to help them make sure their website hosting and WordPress support continues to be fully operational. 

Web Ascender is a creative agency that has been in business nearly 20 years and offers services such as: branding, design, web/mobile development, marketing websites, WordPress hosting, social media strategy, digital marketing and more. 

If you were previously hosting with Michigan Creative, our team now has access to your website and hosting environment and is managing the day to day of that operation. Most of Michigan Creative’s clients were paying annually in hosting and you’ll be fully supported through that period with option to renew and your previous rates and services from Michigan Creative.

Web Ascender will gladly help you with your hosting, website updates, and any future needs you have in branding, marketing, and with your website. 

Where do we go from here:

  • If you want to directly chat with Ryan Doom, the President of Web Ascender he will happily meet and discuss the scenario and how we can assist you going forward.   • If you previously used the support form on Michigan Creative’s website you can still use the MC Ticket! If you check out that page on their website it will explain the Web Ascender situation and the link to submit a ticket will go to our page.
  • If you’ve worked with Ashley Davis of MC in the past – good news! She’s now a part of the Web Ascender team and will be very familiar with your site and available to assist.
  • Future invoices – if you receive an invoice  directly from Michigan Creative please let us know, you should not receive any additional invoices.  Your future invoices will come from Web Ascender / Freshbooks.
  • Agreement – we are happy to send you over an updated agreement to execute that outlines your services, contract dates, and terms. 
  • Request a web assessment – Web Ascender will happily provide you a free website review. These are typically a couple page assessment of what can be improved on your site in terms of: SEO, accessibility, design, and user experience. We’ll happily put together some notes for you and if you would like to move forward with making any updates we can discuss and make that happen. Prior to assisting Michigan Creative in this endeavor Web Ascender has created hundreds of WordPress websites and has already hosted 250+ WordPress websites. Our team will be able to easily assist you now and in the future with your website needs and are happy to discuss.
