Ryan Doom

Ryan Doom holds a degree in Computer Science from Michigan State University, a Microsoft Application Developers certification and has over 15 years of web development experience. Ryan had originally wanted to be a professional illustrator and designer but decided to study software programming and combine the two with web development. Now Ryan primarily studies marketing and online strategy to help customers achieve their full potential online and fills in as needed with .NET, Ruby on Rails and mobile application development. Ryan was on the founding board of Greater Lansing Microsoft .NET Users Group, Capital Area IT Council and volunteers to help with local events whenever possible. Ryan guest blogs, speaks at events, and has been asked to give presentations on social media to companies such as JP Morgan Chase and Consumers Energy.

Kevin Southworth

Kevin Southworth has over 10 years of web development experience and has worked on web applications for small businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies. Kevin is a proud alumni of Michigan State University (BS, Computer Science), and is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer. Kevin leads the development of some of our most complicated systems. He has written systems to control complex medical equipment, online scheduling and invoicing software, and large mobile application projects. Kevin’s passion for technology allows Web Ascender to constantly offer continued value and the latest web solutions to our clients.

Matt Hall

Matt Hall has been working with Web Ascender since 2008 and graduated from Michigan State University College of Education with a focus in Computer Science. Matt works on programming custom web applications and adding specific website features for our clients. Matt can typically be found programming in Ruby on Rails or Microsoft .NET and has a passion for clean and effective HTML/CSS. Matt has worked on large web application systems and has also worked on sites where he has organized 1000’s of pages of content. Matt enjoys working with customers and getting them to smile; he focuses on doing the job right.

Kyle Schebor

Kyle is a Michigan State Telecommunications graduate who has been working at Web Ascender since 2009 and leads many of our content management system implementations. He is a talented graphic designer who also has the skill to implement his vision in HTML/CSS, DotNetNuke, Drupal or Ruby on Rails. He has been working with the DotNetNuke content management system for 4+ years and Drupal for 2+ years. He has a passion for authoring his own electronic music, mobile game development, and making great designs come to life.

Corrine Swartz

Corrine has provided the creative direction for some of our most popular websites. Her degree and experience in Applied Arts and Graphic Design brings a unique perspective to our entirely digital products. While working with Web Ascender, Corrine’s experience in print and traditional design has allowed her to design web and mobile interfaces that align with any company’s branding efforts. Since starting at Web Ascender Corrine has taken her design skills to the next level by also becoming an expert in HTML/CSS and building complete sites with DotNetNuke and other content management systems.

Katie Klumb

Katie is a Central Michigan University graduate and excels at creative design and writing for the web. Katie has taken projects at Web Ascender from conception, through wireframes, design, and implementation. She enjoys doing design work, HTML/CSS, Javascript and working with our clients to achieve their online goals. During the last year Katie has been working on improving Web Ascender’s responsive web design offering to ensure our websites provide a great experience on a variety platforms and devices.

Stephanie Sundheimer

Stephanie is also a product of Michigan State University. Stephanie currently leads our Search Engine Optimization and Internet Marketing division. She has been actively building websites and writing content for websites since 2010 and her internet marketing strategies have attracted many of our clients new business. Stephanie enjoys doing arts, crafts and hobby work as well as playing soccer.
