Objective: A digital presence as capable as the work RAM does
RAM Construction Services, based in Livonia, Michigan, is a commercial construction and restoration contractor. Its work spans concrete, facade, bridge and road projects, waterproofing, interior work, and mission-critical projects such as data centers, with offices in more than one location.
The buyers are facility managers, property owners, and general contractors who need to trust a contractor with big, complicated jobs. RAM needed a website that explained each service clearly, advertising that reached the right projects, and internal tools that kept a growing team aligned.
What Web Ascender Did
We started working with RAM in spring 2025 and became its digital marketing team. From there the relationship expanded quickly across several areas.
- A new website - we built it on a staging server, wrote and organized the content, reviewed it for SEO, and launched it in February 2026 with redirects so nothing broke
- Tracking and compliance - Google Analytics 4 click and form tracking, cookie consent, and updated privacy policies
- Service pages that sell - individual pages for waterproofing, demolition and shoring, exterior maintenance, data centers, and safety, plus team member pages and landing pages for seasonal and community content
- Ongoing digital marketing - we manage RAM’s marketing day to day: Google Ads campaigns launched in 2026 for bridge and road work and for concrete and facade work, search optimization, analytics, monthly performance reporting, and regular ads meetings to adjust the program
- A company intranet on SharePoint - an audit of RAM’s existing environment, then a hub-and-spoke build with sites for Marketing, HR, IT, and Safety, document libraries, an employee directory, custom project and photo submission forms, employee recognition, and an events calendar. A custom component pulls events and recognitions from each department site onto the hub
- Print and sales collateral - a capabilities booklet and a data center brochure
- Hosting and support - managed WordPress hosting and day-to-day website support
The Outcome
In about a year, RAM went from an older website to a new one with clear service pages, and gained a digital marketing program with tracking and paid search in place. It also has an intranet that gives its team one place to share documents, photos, news, and recognition. Marketing, web, internal tools, and print are handled by one team, so the capabilities booklet, the service pages, and the ad campaigns share the same message, and the team is ready to add surveys and nurture campaigns next.
