Objective: Explain serious software to the agencies that depend on it

eNoble, based in Detroit, builds case-management software for child welfare and human services agencies. The people who evaluate that software are caseworkers, program directors, and procurement teams, and they want to see that a vendor understands their work before they ever book a demo.

As a young software company, eNoble’s story has changed as the product and the market have changed. Each time it did, the website needed to change with it.

What Web Ascender Did

We have been eNoble’s web and marketing partner since late 2017, and the work has tracked the company’s growth:

• A launch website in 2018 - SEO-driven content written for the agencies’ own search terms, a custom design and theme, and lead forms connected directly to the company’s CRM
• A marketing plan - personas, a paid media plan, link building, a social plan, and landing pages to bring the right agencies to the new site
• A companion site in 2021 - a second site and homepage design for the eNoble Cloud brand
• A new eNoble website in 2024 - fresh content and wireframes, a custom design with homepage transitions, a refreshed logo with a signature illustration, marketplace listing content and graphics, and HubSpot lead capture
• Marketing collateral - an announcement newsletter, whitepapers, slide decks, a retractable banner, and QR-code handouts for events and conferences
• A 2026 relaunch - when the company changed its platform direction, we rewrote the site’s messaging and content for a broader audience of human services, justice, and civic agencies, with dedicated solution pages and a design built to work on any device
• Hosting and support - both sites run on our managed WordPress hosting, and we keep adding pages as the product grows
