API Development

Connect your systems, partners, products, and now AI assistants with APIs and MCP servers that are secure, documented, and built to last.

Your business runs on more systems every year - and the value is in making them talk to each other. We design and build APIs and integrations that connect your software, your partners, and your customers into one smooth workflow.

What we build

From one critical integration to an API platform your whole ecosystem builds on.

  • Custom REST and GraphQL APIs

Clean, versioned, documented services that expose your data and business logic safely.

Why it matters New products ship faster, and partners integrate without a support call.

  • System integrations

Connecting ERPs, CRMs, e-commerce platforms, payment processors, shipping providers, and industry software.

Why it matters Your systems finally know what each other did.

  • Partner and dealer APIs

Programmatic access to inventory, pricing, ordering, and status for the businesses you work with.

Why it matters Partners plug directly into your business.

  • Webhooks and automation

Event-driven connections so systems react to each other in real time.

Why it matters No more waiting on overnight batches.

  • API modernization

Wrap, document, and secure the legacy interfaces your business already depends on.

Why it matters Keep what works, and make it safe to build on.

  • MCP servers for AI assistants

Secure connections that let ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot look up and act on your business data.

Why it matters Your team gets answers from your systems in plain English.

APIs for AI, too

An MCP server is an API built for AI assistants. It uses the Model Context Protocol, the standard that lets tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot connect to outside systems. We build them so your team can ask questions of your own data, with you deciding exactly what the AI can see and do.

  • "Which orders are running late?"

An assistant checks your ERP or order system and answers in seconds, with the order numbers to back it up.

Why it matters Answers without a report request or a spreadsheet.

  • "Catch me up on this customer."

Account history, open quotes, and recent support tickets pulled together before a sales call.

Why it matters Every rep walks in prepared.

  • Secure by design

Read-only by default, scoped to the data you approve, with every request logged. Anything that changes data needs a person to confirm it.

Why it matters AI gets useful access, not the keys to the building.

Built like a product, not a patch

An integration written as a quick script becomes a liability the day it breaks silently.

A quick script

  • Breaks silently, and nobody notices until data is wrong
  • Shared passwords and wide-open access
  • No documentation beyond the original developer's memory
  • Every change is a risk to the businesses depending on it

An API built to last

  • Monitoring in place, so problems surface fast
  • Authentication, authorization, and rate limiting done right
  • Clear documentation for every consumer
  • Automated tests, so changes don't break your partners

The connective tissue of your business

Most businesses don’t suffer from a lack of software, they suffer from software that doesn’t talk to itself. Your ERP doesn’t know what your e-commerce store sold. Your CRM doesn’t know what support just handled. Your customers re-enter information your systems already have.

APIs fix that. A well-designed API lets your systems exchange data automatically, lets your partners and dealers plug directly into your business, and lets you ship new products faster because the foundation already exists.

Whether you need one critical integration or an API platform your whole ecosystem builds on, we’ll scope it in plain English and deliver something your team can rely on for years.

Frequently asked questions

What is an MCP server, and do we need one?
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol, an open standard that lets AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot connect to outside systems. An MCP server is the connector: it gives an assistant controlled access to your data, such as orders, customers, or inventory, so your team can ask questions in plain English. You need one when people are copying data out of your systems to paste into AI tools, or when you want AI to answer questions only your systems know.
Is it safe to connect AI to our business systems?
It can be, when it’s designed for it. We make MCP servers read-only by default, limit them to the data you approve, log every request, and require a person to confirm anything that changes data. Your credentials and data stay under your control.
Can you connect to the systems we already have?
Usually, yes. We integrate with ERPs, CRMs, e-commerce platforms, payment processors, shipping providers, and industry software. When a system doesn’t have a usable API, we can often build or wrap one safely.
