It was important that the website have an accurate representation of their in stock inventory. To do this Web Ascender worked with AIS to create REST web services against their Lotus Notes database. The AIS website can then query all of the inventory and display pictures that are stored in their internal products database. Web Ascender also built convenient ways for customers to contact AIS such as: Email a question, Chat online, Send to a friend and of course easy access to the phone number and person to ask for when calling.
